I'm a CFS and FM sufferer...

« on: August 01, 2011, 05:01:00 PM »

Found this and wondered if anyone had tried one.

I really like the whole drug free approach.

I'm not selling it at all ...I haven't tried it, but wondered if anyone has ?

My wife found the two gadgets we bought some time ago.

Link for one 'PainGone' below but other is called an Emjoi Elecktro Akupunktur and nothing found on google search. The latter one has a dial to set the intensity and has something like 36 very blunt needles on end. Both are supposed to work on acupuncture points.

But me, my wife, my friends and a variety of people have tried them and ALL feel they are a waste of money.  sorry

I use a Paingone pen and find it quite good. It doesn't really work over large areas and is best on joint pains. I found it excellent when I had tennis elbow and cortisone injections hadn't worked. It may be a placebo effect but who cares as long as it gives some relief. Smiley
