I've had mild pain in my legs and back before, nothing that some ibuprofen wouldn't shake. But the past few days ive been in so much pain, especially in my legs, that it's stopping me from sleeping and even brought me to tears last night (although that was probably a combination of feeling pretty down and the pain).  It doesn't feel like normal muscle pains, its more like my legs are exploding.

If it is pain unlike anything you have had before I would speak to your doctor about it as soon as possible.

There are all kinds of things that can cause pain, and it is very easy to just attribute everything to CFS when that may not be the case.  Doctors missed a fairly large benign tumor in my hand by using the "its just Fibromyalgia" logic.  Not that I am saying that is what you have, I am not a doctor and have no idea.

Just worth checking it out to rule out things like thrombosis.

I hope things ease up a bit for you.
