When the unreality sets in. It usually happens when I'm really tired and everything seems to slip out of this dimension or something. Even my own home and family seem unfamiliar, even though I know who they are. It's so confusing to slip back and forth between reality.
It's really a difficult feeling to explain. It's like I have no past, and yet I know that I do.  I do my best to not make it a big thing, but i do hate it so. It makes me feel confused and lost.

Sorry to hear that. I think I know what you mean. These unreality feelings are always difficult to describe. I have had this enclosed parallel work type feeling for years,  to greater or lesser degrees, with brief snippet of lucidity. Have you tried mindfulness / meditation. It doesn't  truly take away the feeling, but helps to put it in perspective, noting that it is constantly changing. Not sure if that helps...
