To make my sweats annoy me less I have given them a name. Sweaty Betty, who is a frequent night visitor during relapses or anytime she feels like it. She is strongly disliked but calling them that makes me giggle a bit xx

 hee20hee20hee this made me laugh but im in the same boat but am thinking mines more the menopause dont even think i will be bothering with my winter duvet this year  lol

My winter duvet is stuffed in the cupboard and staying there. I wish I had a cleaner to wash my sheets everyday as it's horrible.  bedtime2

 lol my winter duvet is still tucked away although my sweaty betty disappeared for now maybe because i am not in the middle of a relapse!!  hee20hee20hee
