I'm a CFS sufferer...

WWW
« on: January 11, 2008, 09:31:50 PM »

I was in town yesterday with my carere getting shopping and I picked up a waxing kit for my legs etc...  The wax had to be microwaved for a minute until it softened then once applied you just peel it of...

Sounds easy?? yipp it sure does.. until I tried to use it...  ;D

Firstly I applied it and left it for 5 mins... and was in sheer pain trying to get it back of...   :(
No wories though, I soon learned to take the next strip of immediatly..  ;D

Once I was done... I tried to clean the little spatula that it came with.. so I ran it under the hot tap and tried to get it off with my fingers, the wax stuck to me and I could not get it of.. the phone rang and I had to answer it, so here was me, covered in wax, stuck to the phone and it ended up in my hair...

10 years later   ;D I soon realised that the only way to remove it was to wash my hands and my hair under cold water to remove it...

Yeha!!!! At least now I am wax free...  ;D

Sorry angeleyes40 but when you wax lyrical like that proves slapstick comedy is not dead.
I nearly allways get the super glue tube stuck to me
