Basically they destroy your immune system with chemotherapy, and then use a stem cell transplant to rebuild it.

CFS seems to have some similarities with MS: http://simmaronresearch.com/2015/04/spinal-fluid-study-finds-dramatic-differences-chronic-fatigue-syndrome/

I'm no expert, but could this help with CFS? Destroy the mitochondria and replace them with new ones via stem cell transplant? I have no idea, I'm asking.
