I'm a CFS sufferer...making good progress

That's good, nep, but does it contain two teaspoons a day? The whole point is that it needs a lot to 'coat' your whole digestive tract. I only realised this after months of experimentation.

Well we're all different, and I can only go on my own experience. But based on that, that's nothing like enough. But hey, keep using what you're using and see what happens - it might work fine and dandy for you.  smile

But that's still only a third of a gram a day, but fingers crossed it's enough for you.

Seeing nutritionist on Tuesday to go through the results of Genova ONE test...I can already see I'm severely deficient in B vits and impaired Krebs cycle affecting mitochondria (will pm them if you want a squizz) . Would prefer to tackle gut issues this way rather than pharmaceuticals, I really don't want to take nifedipine and rifaximin without trying all avenues first. The permAVite was a gentle start whilst waiting results which should give a clearer treatment plan  clap

Well good on you for wanting to avoid pharmaceuticals for gut issues (for ANY issues in my world), Nep - they do far more harm than good. Even the perceived safe PPI's do tremendous damage in the long term.

I looked up the Genova ONE test, Nep, and it looks very useful. Clearly you need to be able to improve your nutritition but I guess you must improve your digestion too, as if you just take supplements then they won't be digested very well at present?
