Yes, just chocolate and eggs.

I was struggling to find a palatable gluten free cake that I had the energy to make. This is it !
Believe me, if I can do it, anyone can !

You need : 225g chocolate (I used supermarket own) and 4large eggs.   That's it.

Set oven 180 (170 fan assisted)
Separate eggs
Melt chocolate
Beat egg yolks into chocolate one at a time
Whisk egg whites to firm peaks
Use spatula to slowly fold whites into chic mix
Put into 6" greased cake tin and bake for 30 mins
Once cooled invert onto plate. Dust with icing sugar
TA DA !!

This sounds interesting even though at first I was like "no way!" I'm going to try this out. Cheers, Neptuno.

How did it go Rories ?
If you want to really impress and be divinely decadent.... when cooled smother the top with some Betty Crocker soft icing, I used the vanilla one and it did impress my visitors !
