Hi Kerry,

The 'sleep' section on this thread might help - http://forum.chronicfatiguesyndrome.me.uk/index.php/topic,20153.0.html

Hi Kerry,

I have tried taking these recently and they made me feel quite ill. I have read online that they have helped some people with ME/CFS but I'm not taking them again. I think its a case of getting the balance right for the serotonin levels in the brain. Having too much can be as bad as not having enough.

Thanks for the information Smiley I don't like things that I have to be specific about like that! Makes me nervous that I have to play around with doses!
