Since my baby started sleeping through the night, I was sleeping from about 11/12 until 7, myself. Maybe waking a few times between 6 and 7. And I felt bad in the morning as seems to be normal for cfs. But not getting worse as such because I wasn't up half the night.
However past three nights... Horrific. Keep having weird dreams that aren't particularly pleasant and waking up to 5 times. I don't feel as bad as I feel like I should be but regardless... Why!? Any thoughts?part of me thought it's the weather. I guess it's my temperature control doing this to me but I don't feel sweaty. I just feel.. bothered.. a bit.. uncomfortable.. when I wake. But this may just be the cfs due to feeling groggy as hell everytime one wakes. I don't know if it's related to my up in activity.
I also wonder if it's even "worse" sleep or not. Like maybe for the first time in ages I'm sleeping in cycles that I am waking from (previous long sleep didn't mean good sleep..). I should probably find my sleep tracker watch and see what it thinks/,says I'm doing...

Thoughts on any of this?
