Got a letter today saying home assessment for my husband agreed. I didnt think I'd get that result without a fight. What a relief

Thanks Aggie. I like to think it was because of the word "anxiety".  I know there's been a court case recently where the DWP lost the right to NOT  accept issues caused by anxiety

Ah, so perhaps the word "anxiety" was what did it!  We got a home visit, too, and that word was mentioned.  There was also a GP letter - eventually.

Home assessment was good. Decision is enhanced rate mobility and care.

I think you are right. Decision maker phoned with s couple of queries before she made the decision.  She was definately focusing on the anxiety issue.  I think DWP have come under scrutiny on mental health claims/results so they're having to be extra careful.
