I have a gp appt tomorrow at my request to review medication and chronic health conditions.i have poor sleep and that doesn't help with "restore and repair".  I used to have zopiclone on repeat but came off that for a while and whilst it did help dont want to go back on it. I'm also in a lot more pain. I sometimes have
.5mg of chlonazepam as my husband has it on prescription and it does help as a muscle relaxant and sleep. Do you think if I suggest it as pain relief my gp might consider . He obviously doesn't know I already take it. Increasing amitriptyline might be an option.
