This was brought to my attention earlier.....

ME Guide for Non-Sufferer

So for those who are tired of having to explain, folks that just dont understand how you feel... simply print out this page and hand it to those that you wish to read it.....

There are also 2 videos available which may help...

The ME guide for the non sufferer is a great help thank you. I have printed it and given it to a lot of people to help them understand what my daughter is feeling.

This is brilliant, It covers all the symptoms of the illness that I find so difficult to explain to people over and over again! I will definately be printing out a few copies of this.
